STUNNING! That’s the most descriptive word we can use to describe the master bathroom we recently wrapped up in East Cobb!
The owners chose Atlanta Curb Appeal after doing extensive research on the company. It was their first significant renovation for their 30-year-old home, and they wanted it to be a success.
It wasn’t their first brush with remodeling. Recently, they had a lot of work done on their lake house by another contractor. The experience encouraged them to find a company this time that would not only take care of their needs but also be professional, executing expert craftsmanship at every level in the process. After having a sit-down meeting with Atlanta Curb Appeal, the timeline and budget were agreed upon. The client had used Pinterest and Houzz over time to gather the needed inspiration for the project. They personally selected and purchased some aspects like the tile, tub, faucets, and finishes. They had a compelling vision of how they wanted the bathroom built and what the finished product would look like. Atlanta Curb Appeal was happy to deliver that dream.
The bulk of the renovation was completed in about 6 weeks. Sometimes holdups in jobs are not due to labor but rather supplier shipment schedules. It took 60 days for the quartz to arrive in Georgia after the client ordered it. Upon receipt, Atlanta Curb Appeal was able to start the fabrication process. To compensate, the entire bathroom was made functional except for sink and countertops during this time.
The shower stall is one of the first things one notices when entering the bathroom. The client had the long-term in mind by choosing a zero entry shower floor without the typical curb. This type of entry allows a chair to be rolled into the shower at a later date if needed. Accordingly, the interesting Mayan style stool in the shower is not permanently fixed to the floor.
Gorgeous porcelain was installed on the bathroom floor and walls along with marble inserts, bullnose, and shower floor tiles. Again the creativity award goes to the client for the perfectly chosen Art Deco styled bell-shaped mirrors and lighting. It complements the tile so nicely!
The tile design behind the bathtub was another custom touch. The client chose the unique tile arrangement from an online source, and Atlanta Curb Appeal was able to make it happen! Initially, the shower was in the location where the bathtub was and vice versa.
Feeling like a movie star! Another exciting part of the bathroom is the newly lighted vanity table and stylist chair. The chair was chosen and purchased by the client, and installed by Atlanta Curb Appeal. Behind this area is a closet, which Atlanta Curb Appeal was able to give a facelift to. Having beauty and efficiency in a closet can make the morning ritual so much smoother.
How do they feel about their new space? The clients are absolutely in love with their newly-renovated master bathroom. They shared how delighted they were with the service they received during the entire process. The client even mailed Atlanta Curb Appeal a thank you note upon completion!
